How much does shipping cost?

OPTION BOUTIQUE offers standard shipping within Australia for all orders for a flat fee of $9 AUD and We combine postage for orders with more than 1 item.

International shipping costs are calculated automatically by Sendle carrier on the cart page.

 

Once your order has shipped, please allow 2-7 business days for delivery depending on your location.

If you’re expecting a delivery via Sendle, you’ll get a delivery estimate via email.

 

Whilst we endeavor to fulfill all orders, please be aware that some products may not be available at the time of dispatch, particularly during sales or high-demand periods like Christmas. If an item becomes unavailable, we will notify you and we will refund your money as soon as possible.

Orders take a minimum of 1 – 2 business days for processing time before being approved for shipment.

How do I track my order?

When your order is shipped, we will send an email containing a consignment number and tracking ID. Simply follow the link in the email to track the delivery of your parcel.

Alternatively, you can track your delivery on the Auspost or Sendle

At the discretion of our shipping providers, to minimize the risk of contracting or spreading coronavirus, parcels may no longer require a signature for delivery. However, someone will need to be present at the residence for delivery to occur, otherwise, the shipping provider’s standard missed delivery procedures will apply.

 

If you’re not present when the delivery arrives, a notice will be left at your address providing details of alternate delivery or pick-up arrangements.

Auspost will deliver the item to your nearest Australia Post location for pickup.

We process and pack your order as soon as possible. This means that your shipping address can only be changed if your order has not been processed by our warehouse team. To change your shipping address, please contact our Customer Service team as soon as possible.
